We can process and produce according to different national standard steel grades such as German standard, American Standard, Japanese standard, European standard etc. Flaw detection shall be carried out according to GB / T 6402-91 / 2008 level II /IV ultrasonic flaw detection standard as well as according to the export standard sep1921 class C / c, D / d, E / e, etc. The materials of forging circle and forging square include 1018-1060, S355J2G3, 34CrNiMo6, 17CrNiMo6, 39CrNiMo3, 18CrNiMo5, AISl4130, 4140, 4330and 4340 and so on. We use bottom injection ingot to forge. The smelting method is electric arc furnace + external refining + vacuum degassing and the heat treatment process is annealing (or normalizing) + tempering which ensure the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the products. Black or rough cart or peeling is the state of delivery. The diameter range of our products is from 100mm to 1500mm; The maximum weight of a single product is 60T and the maximum length of a single product is 16000mm.
